Last updated: October 17, 2026
SubwaySurfersMod.org respects copyright and reviews properly documented complaints about material or links appearing on the website. We do not own, upload, store, or host APK files.
Copyright Removal Notice
A copyright owner or authorized representative may email hi@subwaysurfersmod.org with the subject DMCA Notice. The notice should contain:
- the owner’s or authorized agent’s physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the protected work, or a representative list of affected works;
- the exact URL and enough detail to locate the material in question;
- the sender’s name, email address, mailing address, and telephone number;
- confirmation of a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the owner, an agent, or the law; and
- confirmation that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the sender may act for the copyright owner.
What Happens After a Notice
We will review a complete notice and may remove or disable access to the identified material or link. We may share the complaint with the affected contributor so that the claim can be understood and answered. Incomplete notices may be returned for additional information.
Counter-Notice
Someone who believes material was removed through error or misidentification may send a DMCA Counter-Notice to the same email address containing:
- a physical or electronic signature;
- identification and former location of the removed material;
- a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification;
- the sender’s name, address, and telephone number; and
- consent to the appropriate United States Federal District Court’s jurisdiction and acceptance of service from the original complainant or an authorized agent.
We may forward a valid counter-notice to the complainant. Where the statutory procedure applies, material may be restored after 10–14 business days unless we receive notice that the complainant has started a court action.
Knowingly submitting false information may carry legal consequences. This process is for copyright matters; other questions should use our Contact Us page.
